GBV Awareness Campaign held in a tavern in KwaZakhele, Gqeberha 

On 29th June 2023, our IEDF Ambassador Asonele Melapi attended a GBV Awareness Campaign held in a tavern in KwaZakhele, Gqeberha hosted by SAPS, in light of the area being identified as one of the top 3 hotspots for GBV crimes caused by Alcohol Abuse.

We held the tavern discussion in hopes to engage Tavern Owners, the Community and Stakeholders on what their responsibility is in curbing the scourge of GBV. The program held all the Stakeholders that were present and dignitaries.
