Youth empowerment and job creation through locally manufactured products/services.
Our goal is to develop entrepreneurial mindset amongst the youths in Soweto to own businesses that will manufacture indigenous quality products that would favorably compete in the market and in turn, create a large pool of employment within the local communities.
Bokamoso community project is a community development NPO located in Soweto in partnership with Young Executive Minds (a Human Capital Development company) have commenced a weekly session to build and empower youths through skill development training, and business coaching to motivate them to register their businesses whilst assisting them get placements in established organizations. We are committed to exposing these young entrepreneurs to informal traders/spaza shops to buy their local manufactured product in order to circulate money in our townships.
We are convinced that through the support of IEDF, endless opportunities would be presented to youths and women in Gauteng and other provinces.
We have initiated an online platform to engage the physically challenged youths in South Africa to empower them to become sustainable business owners.
South Africa is endowed with limitless opportunities, and an enabling environment but with a large number of unskilled youths with unlocked potentials. Our mission is to awaken the potentials in them through our series of business capacity development workshops/mentorship programs to become competitive entrepreneurs and reduce the over dependency on government social grants.
We hope to work closely with renowned entities such as IEDF to promote indigenous products that can compete locally and internationally.
