Good evening my name is Nazneen Ely my storie goes like this we are a small family tht went through a lot of challenges I was 12years old wen my father went missing and found him 2weeks later murdered and buried in a shallow grave  being totally disfigured.my mother was a house wife all her life we had to move and leave all our belongings behind .I was surprised with all tht was going on in my life at tht time I passed standard 5 with flying colours .it was a struggle for my mom to get me in high school as all was full but we managed to get placement after 1year my mom remarried to a man tht has 4 children we moved to mitchells plain and I was forced to leave school and help my mom with house hold chores and allow my brother to attend and finish his primary school as time passed I met my husband and we had 2 beautiful girls I started working in a spice shop and gathered money to pay for night school and managed to finish my matric after tht I applied at Arsen women and done home base nursing I was motivated to get my drivers license I fell pregnant with my 3rd child and went to Elgin college to complete my studies from thr I got a bursary to study at university of Cape Town and done my disability degree  graduated year 2014 I worked at different hospitals and came back working in the community as tht was my passion after many years I decided to open a educare year 2018 called little Harvard educare fully registered,we cater for children with a special need ,little Harvard educare is based on Colorado park Mitchell’s plain we aim to function as a learning and resource centre within our community proving specialised early learning programs tht is specific for our children tht has autism ,cerebral paulsi,global developmental delay and neurological development I have trained all my staff and shared all my knowledge I have gained throughout the years this year after alot of research I took on another project and open a timber company called Dynamic timber supplies tht is situated in Epping units 5 Malleon industrial park Epping.2 dynamic timber supplies ,our timber are sourced from mills we specialise in skirting ,architraves ,ceiling board ,flooring ,quadrants ,dado rails and work benches this was a huge struggle for me as it took me 2years to structure and plan and to open the doors but after many disappointing curves I managed to open the door June the 1st 2022.I consider myself a very determined person and i have worked hard to leave a legacy behind tht can be of benefit to my community and children if I am no longer thr I stil have many future dreams and I hope the almighty wil grant me the best of health to continue new projects and employ more people and handing them skills to help reduce unemployment  and self doubt
